The state reform: politicians cannot remain silent sober. But for the man in the street it is not so easy to see the wood for the trees. Jos Bouveroux seeks answers to questions about the sense and nonsense of all these state reforms in the four-part stench 'The Unfinished Country'. The starting point is the man on the street himself and the way in which his street has changed in recent decades, partly due to state reforms. But of course there will also be many top politicians who guided the state reform and political scientists who will place this evolution in a broader Belgian perspective.
