The hotel inspector

Uncomfortable rooms, dirty carpets, filthy bathrooms, miserable breakfasts and a service that doesn't deserve the name. And the hoteliers are surprised at the lack of guests! Even small changes can make a big difference. Heinz Horrmann (65) is "The Hotel Inspector". He tries to save hotels that are on the brink of ruin. His mission is to turn a small, inconspicuous or poorly run hotel into a place where every guest feels permanently at home. In each episode, the hotel critic visits the owners of a small hotel unannounced to get an accurate picture of its condition. How is the guest received? What is the ambience like and how are the beds? Is the guest well looked after? The hotel inspector analyses exactly how the hotel works, looks at the processes, tests the breakfast buffet, inspects the rooms and the cleanliness to find out what can be improved.
