The adventures of Alaska State Patrolman Cal "Kodiak" McKay. McKay is an Alaska state patrol officer whose territory includes a vast area of America's last frontier — a scenic wonderland of remote forests, majestic snow-capped mountains and thousands of lakes. Traveling in his specially-equipped truck or his snowmobile, he must be prepared to aid avalanche victims, track an escaped killer, or answer other calls for help.
