Each week, world-class chefs battle the legendary Iron Chefs of America: Bobby Flay, Mario Batali, Masaharu Morimoto, Jose Garces, Alex Guarnaschelli, Michael Symon and Marc Forgione. Alton Brown serves as Commentator, Kevin Brauch as Floor Reporter and Mark Dacascos is Chairman.
