In a city destroyed due to the development of secret technology, a tremendous force lies buried, one capable of resurrecting the dead and granting immortality to the living. This power lures group after group of people who can't come to terms with their fate, drawing them to this city. Some fight, some fall into despair, and others spend their lives chasing an unattainable peace. The power watches silently, quietly selecting its own master.
