Cold revenge

The events of the decade take place between the anti-narcotics officer and his reckless brother, who falls into a coma due to being hit on the head for five years. His brother begins searching for the truth after being dismissed from the anti-narcotics force. We conclude that he is circling a file of his own making and authoring in order to justify to himself the killing of his brother and his own entry into a coma.
