Splinter

Splinter is a young woman who sits in a wheelchair. She wants to take her life into her own hands and moves to the city where she ends up in a house with Bill. Bill is a loser who makes his money with his taxi and weed dealing. Can these completely opposite people get along and learn something from each other?
