The Pantheons

While in Europe the clouds of the great war weigh menacingly, in Athens the disparate members of the great Pantheon family, children, daughters-in-law and grandchildren, gather in their mansion in Kifissia, at the head of the dying patriarch of the family, Vlasis Pantheou. The death of old Vlasis is sealed by an event that will shock his children. Shortly before taking his last breath, he will repudiate his late wife and their mother, Nena, in disgust.
