Throughout history, science has been used for both righteous and evil deeds. The Dark Science Empire Deathdark has secretly from the shadows been behind advancements in “dark” science, science used to harm or hurt others, having lead to the fall of civilizations throughout time. In “modern” day, Dr. Hongou forms the Future Science Laboratory, a union between the Computer Boys and Girls (a squad of five children with scientific knowledge above their years), and the Goggle V, a squadron chosen to fight Deathdark and protect the world from Dark Science.
