Carlos Miguel and Cecilia are madly in love with each other. But their relationship is tested when an obsessive Olga comes into the picture. Cecilia and Olga get involved in a yacht explosion. People think that Cecilia dies but actually is rescued by a doctor. Meanwhile, a disfigured Olga copies Cecilia's face and tries to steal Carlos Miguel.
