The Klettmann family lives in a posh suburb of Munich and doesn't seem to have any financial problems. Peter Klettmann is a successful lawyer, his wife Anna takes care of their children Vivian, Daniel and Emma. Family life seems perfect, but on Anna's 44th birthday the world suddenly collapses: In a fit of anger, Peter kills his wife.
