About great but unknown chefs: firefighters. Despite being famous for their risky profession, they are one of the professionals who have the greatest interest and love for food. We will visit the kitchens of the parks throughout the country to enjoy the dishes they prepare during their 24-hour guards. Substantial meals, related to the products of their environment and in many cases surprising, with preparations typical of professional restaurants.
