In the TV series "Zum Schwarzwälder Hirsch - Eine außergewöhnliche Küchencrew und Tim Mälzer" 13 people with Down syndrome will spend a month working as independently as possible in the service and kitchen areas of a restaurant - a major task that can show what the participants are capable of with the necessary support and what it takes to make them fit for the training and job market.
