The small Spanish mountain village of Rubite is starting a special project: it is selling houses in need of renovation to Germans at low prices. In return, the new residents should revitalize the village with their business ideas. But there are more interested parties than houses. Who can convince the village council with their idea and get an old house? Eyelash extensions, a rooftop bar or a bike park for the Andalusian village?
