Monsters in the Forbidden City: Secret of the Gem
Elementary student Li Xiaoyu was the girl nobody noticed at school. When she accidentally picked up a gem earring at the Forbidden City, it opens up her life to a world where sculptures on eaves would come to life as beasts, immortals, spirits and monsters. As the guardian chosen by the gem, Xiaoyu is tasked to help these extraordinary beings solve different problems. She not only makes a lot of mythical friends as a result but also discovers that a young fairy whisperer named Yang Yongle is actually the strange transfer student in her class! Together, they embark on a fantasy adventure immersed in traditional culture to find the answer that will save the world of sacred beasts.
