Hannah and Ben are two hopeful young players who now want to take the difficult step into professional football. Hannah Mesch (17) plays for FC Carl Zeiss Jena and Ben Klefisch (19) is under contract with RB Leipzig. The five-part MDR documentary accompanies the two and shows insights into their everyday life with school, training, league games and boarding school life. Hannah Mesch came to Jena from Coburg and attracted attention early on. The Bundesliga is also Ben Klefisch's dream. The last season in the youth decides everything, because the leap into the men's squad is the biggest. At the age of 14, Ben switched to RB Leipzig and is now about to take the most important steps in his young life: 1st league and high school. This five-part series is about the wishes and hopes of the two talents, but also about disappointments and injuries, friendship and growing up.
