Mao Xiaofang and his disciple practiced Taoism, eliminating demons as they journeyed. They met goddess Zhongjun and kindred spirit Yang Feiyun, but were surprised to learn about Zhong Bang's peculiar abilities. He eventually became Mao's disciple and turned against his sister. Meanwhile, Yang Feiyun became obsessed with sorcery, causing conflicts with his friends, and even sought revenge against Mao. He ended up imprisoned without palm prints. Mao and Zhong Bang teamed up to defeat him.
