Nordlichter: Leben am Polarkreis

Takes the viewer to various places in the far north. People are shown who have come to terms with the difficult weather conditions and who, despite many adversities, have kept a positive view of the world. Equally exciting is the unique animal world, which has adapted perfectly to the living conditions. From big hunters like polar bears to huge herds of elk to small mammals – life flourishes in the endless expanses of the tundra. But this cold paradise is increasingly threatened by climate change and other man-made changes.
