Tokugawa Yoshinobu

Through the Edo Shogunate, which lasted for more than 260 years, and the last shogun, Yoshinobu Tokugawa, this work depicts the end of the Tokugawa Shogunate, the greatest period of turmoil in Japanese history, from the Shogunate side. Yoshinobu becomes the 15th Shogun while the Satcho Alliance is formed and the movement of the defeat becomes fierce. It depicts the anguish and conflict of Yoshinobu Tokugawa, a young leader who carried the country on his back and struggled with the times at the risk of his life, interweaving the daily lives of the common people of Edo and the lives of lower-ranking samurai.
