Elements of Yoga – Air & Water – Tara Lee
A flow-based practice, focusing on connecting with the Air and Water elements within all of us. The routines have to do with opening the chest and expansion while linking the fluid movement of the postures to the water element. Balance series, basic training, breathing exercise and relaxation.
