Duty and Revenge

Genius brain surgeon Keisuke Fujiki suddenly finds himself falsely accused of pushing his girlfriend off the hospital rooftop to her death. A wanted man, he abandons his name and status, starts going by Kensuke Narumi, and becomes a fugitive trying to uncover the truth behind his girlfriend’s demise. As he evades those pursuing him, Fujiki crosses paths with people who, for various reasons, need medical care. Without sufficient equipment and facilities and fully aware that he risks arrest, he nonetheless lends out a helping hand to the lives he encounters. A one-of-a-kind survival medical drama begins!
