Water is number one in the necessities of life, but also our greatest enemy for centuries. It's either to low or to high. One moment we have to much of it, the other moment we have to little. In this documentary presenter Menno Bentveld will research our relationship with the water. He follows the trail of the water in the Netherlands and winds up in a world of conflicting interests and contradictory insights.
