Dear neighbors

Old Alois lives in the village in his own way, avoids people and behaves weirdly. The villagers are afraid of him. He will die an unfortunate accident. After the funeral, the grandchildren Kateřina, Filip and Tomáš learn from the notary that Alois bequeathed them 30 million on the condition that they live in the village in his desolate house for one year. If they do not do so, the money will be forfeited to the municipality.
