Since 1933, the Christmas Pageant has grown to become one of Australia's most cherished events. As the Southern Hemisphere's largest public parade, it marks the official welcoming of Father Christmas to Australia, with the man in red greeted by excited parade-goers waving at their favourite floats by from behind the 'Blue Honour Line'.
