Behind Every Man

“Behind Every Man” shines the spotlight on the strong Black women behind famous men we look up to and admire, focusing on the passions, struggles and sacrifices they have made to support the men they love. These stories trace the timeline from the woman’s life from childhood through present day profiling the hardships and challenges they had to overcome, and the moves that brought them closer to their individual or joined the achievements with the man in their lives. The series is hosted by Melody Holt (“Love & Marriage: Huntsville”) with featured couples including Tammy and Kirk Franklin; singer-songwriter Ne-Yo and his wife Crystal Smith; plus Usher and his mother Jonnetta Patton and many more.
