This programme is a guide to the most interesting parts of the United States, and at the same time an opportunity to get to know the work of a truck driver from behind the scenes. We will travel the length and breadth of North America. The main protagonist and guide in the USA will be Dawid Andres, a Polish-born driver who works for a transport company on a daily basis. Dawid is not afraid of challenges - apart from his brother, he is the only person in the world to have crossed the Amazon on a pedal boat! Courage in a trucker is a very useful trait. In recent rankings, this very profession ranked as the eighth most dangerous profession in the USA. The life of a professional driver of an 18-wheel vehicle is not a fairy tale - Dawid Andres knows this very well, and yet he still passionately drives thousands of kilometres on American roads and is the best proof of how Polish truckers fulfil their "American dream".
