The Special Needs Employment Agency

Documentary focusing on six young people with special needs, aided in their aspirational quests by skilled and enthusiastic recruiters. In the first of two episodes, Andrew, who has Asperger's syndrome, tries to secure a job as a mechanic as his job broker Glenn finds a suitable garage environment. However, they must both contend with Andrew's resulting loss of focus. Agency regular Molly finds a part-time supermarket position, but with a long-sought opportunity to break into the fashion world on the cards, Molly summons new levels of inner strength to prove that she has what it takes to make it.
