In prison

This new documentary series follows the members of the staff of the Bordeaux prison in their work with the prisoners. A television crew enters this secret jungle where 1,400 criminals are piled up. Without dramatizing or watering down the facts, the production highlights the work of correctional officers, nurses, criminologists and members of emergency response teams. In a climate of constant tension, where every interaction can escalate in a fraction of a second, they risk their lives every day to ensure the protection of society.
