Al Sayeda Al Aoula

This series revolves around Mariam (Ghada Abdel Razak) and her husband Hashem (Mamdouh Abdel Alim). After Hashem’s divorce from his first wife, he marries Mariam and the couple have one daughter (Reham Haggag) and one son (Ahmed Hetam). Mariam, a powerful woman with strong ambitions, wants her husband to run for president and will stop at nothing until she succeeds. Hashem, who works as a lawyer and a journalist, goes along with Mariam in pursuit of the presidential seat. But their ambition proves to stir up more problems than they anticipated.
