Follow the antics of Juca, Guelé and Macarrão, members of the Comitê Revolucionário Ultrajovem (Ultra-young Revolutionary Committee), CRUJ. They decide to set up an illegal TV channel to claim the rights of the “ultra-young” and show animations at an unconventional time when adults usually dominate television. TV CRUJ promises to bring the best of Disney cartoons and entertain with its somewhat "wrong" way, but which speaks children's language in an intelligent way.
