People say you can find love at first sight, but then what happens if your first meeting with a mate comes when you're blindfolded? That's what contestants on this dating show find out. On each episode, a single man or woman is set up with 10 people who could be romantic matches, as determined by compatibility factors decided on by the show's producers. The dater's first contact with each of the 10 comes while blindfolded. The dater tries get to know the possible mates sight-unseen with a kiss, associated sensory perceptions and intimate conversations. The group is then narrowed down to five, who the dater meets sans blindfold. After that, two potential matches are chosen to go on dates with the dater, who then makes a final decision about who to choose. Offering advice to the singles throughout the experiment is host Rachel DeAlto, a relationship and communication expert.
