A closeness to a childhood friend begins to turn into something more. Fathin (Yuki Kato) and Rayhan (Stefan William) have grown up next door to each other in the same neighborhood. They both also work at the public market helping their families trade goods and services. Rayhan’s parents would love to have Rayhan marry the vivacious Fathin, but Fathin’s father wants her to marry someone from a wealthier family. As Fathin’s feelings for Rayhan begin to deepen into something more than just friendship, Jasmin (Nasya Marcella), the daughter of the market owner, attracts Rayhan’s attention. At their school, the popular and handsome Gio (Giorgino Abraham) falls in love with Fathin, but her rivals are determined to get Fathin expelled from school. As a family secret shakes Fathin’s confidence, can she stand her ground at school and get Rayhan to notice her as more than just a friend?
