Show Me Your World

Kai Pflaume visits people with Down syndrome. He accompanies them over a longer period of time, listens to them and gives the viewer an insight into a world that is otherwise inaccessible to many. Many people with Down syndrome have a very special way of dealing with others, they are warm, humorous and spontaneous. Together with Kai Pflaume we experience their everyday life, share joy, sadness, success and failure and learn something about ourselves in the process. What makes people with Down syndrome happy, what is difficult for them? What can you laugh about and how do you see yourself? What are your goals for your future and what do you dream of?
