Maurizo Merli plays a CIA agent arriving in Rome to exchange a Russian spy in his custody for an American one the Russians are holding, the only problem is the British don't want the switch to happen. Instead, the British send in their own agent, played by Al Cliver, to kidnap a black market dealer's daughter.
