Gonçalo Cadilhe proposed to go around the world without riding an airplane. Rui Sinel de Cordes proposes to do the same, but only in Portugal. Every week, Rui travels to a Portuguese region, and reveals his history, customs and current reality, from a point of view that is sometimes distorted, sometimes cruelly true. From the Algarve to Minho, passing through Madeira and the Azores, Rui intends to prove that it is as difficult to speak Portuguese in Faro as in São Miguel, that the ideal outfit for going out at night in Porto is a bulletproof vest, or that the Alqueva is as prehistoric as the Foz Côa engravings. This, without forgetting the people who live in each region. In fact, people are the soul of the program. Because they build the regions, or as Rui intends to prove, they destroy them.
