To the Bone
Johan Segers works with fresh meat instead of fresh fish. He teaches us how to process all the different parts of the pig into delicious dishes. In each episode, Johan visits his good friend Benny Vermeulen: a purebred and traditional butcher. Together they cut and bone the meat that Johan needs. From the butcher shop it goes to the kitchen.
