On every episode of Be The Boss, two equally-deserving employees from a Canadian company take part in a week-long job interview. Each candidate is told that she is being considered for a big promotion, with enticing pay and perks–but the bosses are hiding a closely-guarded secret. The employee who truly excels will be in for the surprise of her life–the keys to run her very own franchise, and be the boss!
