Everybody out

The Everybody Outside magazine has one ambition: to introduce people to a plethora of activities while giving you the desire to move. And to do this, it takes viewers to various corners of Quebec Spotlight on a different or little-known activity Every week, Everyone Outside offers volunteers a new way of moving or an activity they do not know. Here we certainly encourage the viewer to try new activities, to get out of his comfort zone, or quite simply to leave the house or the office to be activated.
