Follow this dynamic team as they get ready for the sugaring off season. Preparations begin in the fall and continue right up to the first trickle of maple tree sap in the spring right up to the frenzied last minutes before the doors open. This multi-part serie unveils the workings of the sugar shack and takes us into the laboratory of flavour that Martin Picard has created. Be a part of the research and development behind the shack that made this whole gastronomic experience possible by his team of experts. All of this activity takes place in a warm and festive atmosphere with friends around the table, tasting innovative recipes and starring the ingredient that started this whole venture...
