Food and wine critic Olly Smith recruits two challenge-loving food producers to help him plan, prepare and serve a secret dinner for 10 mystery guests in a memorable location. All of this must be done in two days. The series takes Olly across Britain, from Yorkshire to Somerset and from West Wales to Kent.
