It shows the constant play of rock 'n' roll with politics and the nature of the relationship between the youngest representatives of those most affected and the decision makers of culture and politicians. The film describes the first decade of the Polish big-beat, the search for musical roots, the confrontation with foreign works, but also a new alternative style of pop culture.
