The Pogles

An animated British Children's television series produced by Smallfilms in 1965 and broadcast as part of Clapperboard by the BBC. This series, which sets the scene for the later Pogles Wood tells the story of small woodland people, Mr. & Mrs. Pogle and a very dark and evil shape-changing old Witch. Considered too frightening for small children it was never repeated
