Naples. The police station in the Spaccanapoli district is named after Ciro De Rosa, a policeman killed by the Camorra. The "Falchi" Vitale and Sorrentino and the commissioner Fusco, however, know that De Rosa was selling drugs. Ciro De Rosa's daughter, Vicky, takes her father's place in the body of the Falchi, where she finds Vitale and Sorrentino (colleagues of her father), Commissioner Ciccone, and Deputy Chief Ricci. There are also the policemen transferred from the Sant'Andrea Commissariat (transformed into a bureaucratic structure): Sciacca, Battiston and Silla.
