Fathers and Sons

Parallel story of two wealthy German families: the Bernheim, a dynasty of Jewish bankers and the Deutz, founders of a chemical empire. Over three generations, plans, conspiracies, betrayals and loves happen in a country that will be completely destroyed at the end of World War II. The Deutz will end up in the dock at the war crimes trials at Nuremberg, while the Bernheim will be victims of the Holocaust.
