About a group of young lifeguards who are no longer satisfied with helping people in the city's swimming pools. They want more. Something that will allow them to prove themselves and gain prestige. Their dream is a WOPR lifeguard course. For this purpose, they come to the WOPR base, i.e. the eponymous harbor.
